GEICO Insurance Agent

I called this office for some advice about car insurance and licensing requirements - I spoke to Josh and he was very knowledgeable and professional - he gave me a lot of useful information that was specific to my situation, and took the time to double check with his supervisor. He was a great customer service representative and we're definitely going to go with Geico. Great to talk to someone who knows what they are talking about!

Super easy sign-up process for car insurance! I filled out some info online and got a call from Josh a few days later. He answered all my questions, let me know what my policy would need to include, walked me through set-up, and made everything very easy. It wasn't sales-y at all, and I never felt pressured. Really happy so far!

I spoke with McKenzie on the phone this morning. I had some issues with my billing and a past due balance, she helped me get this taken care of and understand my bill a little bit better. She also updated my address which has been different for a few months now, but the other agents I spoke with at the service center never caught on or realized this. By updating my address she informed me that my new six month premium was dropping by $93. Making my monthly payments lower. Had I not gotten this taken care of I would’ve been paying more money than I should have. She was very kind, very informative, spoke clear, and very patient with me.

Super happy with my phone call with Josh. I called to get a quote because I needed new car insurance and he walked me through the process and answered all my questions. He made sure I was covered and even took the coverage from my other policy to make it easier. Josh even set me info to set up the GEICO app. I couldn't be happier.

Overall a fantastic experience setting up a new policy. Taylor got me the initial quote, and Josh sealed the deal. Very nice people. That's all you ask from an insurance agent, really -- kindness, and care to save me the most money
