Greeted by friendly staff as soon as we entered. Staff asked what we were interested in, which were earrings for my daughter. She immediately found several pairs of earrings matching what we had said we were interested in. My daughter chose 2 pairs and we were on our way. Staff was friendly, professional and just did a fabulous job of listening to us and then quickly finding options. Great experience, as is every experience I have had there.

I spoke to many Rolex Dealers across the US to find what I was looking for. Many dealers were pushy and didn’t have what I wanted. Cassidy was the most helpful and super caring! She listened to what I wanted and was able to find it. I highly recommend working with this location! They are incredible. You won’t be disappointed.

Purchased my watch about ten years ago.. I have always returned to get the free battery change when needed.. This time I inquired about changing my band.. Discussed a few color options.
