Absolutely top notch service. I have recommended clients to Mercer Insurance, specifically Brad and he has always taken of our clients. They have great rates, great service, excellent communication and overall have had an amazing experience with Mercer Insurance. I highly recommend them.

We have been with Mark and his staff for many years. Thankfully, we have not had any major claims, but one of my favorite things about them is that it doesn’t matter what you have a need for, they are incredibly professional, efficient, and quick to respond. For example, even for a small window chip, their customer service is outstanding. I love supporting family owned businesses, and this is one that we will absolutely continue with and come to for all of our needs. It is very evident that even the staff who are not technically family are treated and feel like such. You just don’t see that anymore.

Marks office was very good to us for many years, but about the last two years all they have done is raise our rate every time our policy renewed. I don’t know if it’s corporate or what the issue is but it’s not fair to somebody who has a Very good driving record, credit history, and no claims or anything changing on the policy for rates to keep going up every six months.nnIf there’s that many people having wrecks amping our demographic they need to make them pay a lot more for their share and not punish those that never use their policies.nnOur cars are getting older and depreciating and we of course we are getting older, what happened to the good old days where your policy would get cheaper? When we pay all these premiums for all these years and never use our policy where is the reward other than a raised rate?nnGood bye Allstate FOREVER!

Never had a problem with Mark Mercer @ this Allstate. Rates always going down and always very nice and polite. Would recommend to a friend.
