This place is absolutely horrible. They must be the only business of its kind in 2013 that does not accept credit card, debit card or electronic payments. They obviously rely heavily on paper files also. When I called in to ask about my account the phone was put down, I could hear footsteps to a file cabinet opening and closing, footsteps back and then my paper file being opened. Hello! The 1960's called and wants its way of doing business back!

I can't even get through. It keeps ringing up busy. I haven't heard a busy signal in years!
