I don't fill out any requests from Google sends them to me to rate a location. However, in this case I will make it an exception. I went to Chicago Title in Merrillville to sell my house. It took over an hour quite possibly close to 2 hours. The Valparaiso location we were in and out in 38 minutes. I will say whoever the closing agent is she was extremely good! She knows her stuff and she knew exactly what order everything had to be in as well as catching all the mistakes people were making as a side documents. Or in some cases missed signing parts of the documents. If I sell another house for buy another house I'll stay with the Chicago title company in Valparaiso unless I'm forced to go back over to Lake county Indiana. The office was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly! I recommend this place if you live in Porter county for your closings regarding arming or buying a house.

Hands down, this is the best place to close in Valpo. Especially on an empty stomach. They feature a wide range of delicious snacks. Depending on how you feel that day, you can go straight to the Cheetos, or, if you're trying to be healthy, they also offer some hearty granola bars. Bon appetit!

Just had a great closing with Erin Veld at Chicago Title in Valparaiso. Erin explained everything to the buyers and sellers, and was very friendly and thorough.
