I contacted Overhead door late in the evening on a Friday regarding a broken torsion spring on my garage door. They responded back early Saturday morning and scheduled a technician to be at my home on Monday afternoon.nJuan (My Technician) showed up to my home 10 minutes early and quickly assessed the situation at hand. Juan was extremely friendly while remaining professional and performed high quality work.nJuan actually went the extra mile and lubricated my garage door rollers and educated me on the importance of garage door maintenance and pointed out the different areas that I should lubricate on a quarterly basis.nThe overall experience with Juan and Overhead Door Company was great and the price was definitely reasonable.nI highly recommend Overhead Door Company of Northwest Indiana for all of your overhead door needs.

Juan and Nick installed springs on my roll up door. It was a challenge getting door to roll properly. They worked as a team and stuck with it with great results. Professional, timely and fair pricing. Highly recommended!

There was a large lack of communication on their side in relaying what the scope of the job would be and that they would not be able to perform. It took me calling them four times and then sending a complaint message to the main office to get an answer.

Highly recommended!!! Top notch equipment for a reasonable price!!!
