Mark (salesman), Marty (store manager), instal crew were all great. Many challenges for this store during a pandemic, but they were always honest and bent over backwards and got the job done! Very happy with the fireplace. We love it!!
We are building a house and our ex builder, Jody Snider told us to visit fireside hearth and home to pick out a fireplace. When we visited the show room, Mark steered us towards the $4000 Rolls-Royce of fireplaces. We told him it was nice but out of our budget and would be in touch with what we picked out. To make sure the wrong one wasn’t installed, we told Mark at Hearth and Home and our builder we did not want the expensive fireplace. Then, the $4000 fireplace that we didn’t order was installed in the house while it was still only studs! Now they won’t come pick it up and they won’t return our calls. And our builder has charged us for it. Very shifty. Buyer beware.
Bought my GMG there a couple years ago. Staff has always been helpful when i drop by for pellets or accessories.
If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Completely disappointed with their customer service and work. I would never use them again or recommend to anyone.
Very poor customer service and communication that seems to come from management and ownership in our experience. Products are generally good, installation is ok but service afterwards seems to be intentionally ignored. Very untrustworthy management which should be taken into account before purchasing.
