We've had to rent lift chairs twice from Aaron's in Valparaiso to help us post surgery. They have been very professional and easy to deal with.
They refuse to come pick up their product when they promised a date and time. The manager refuses to answer my calls or return my calls. Have to deal with corporate office now and nothing is still being done. The manager also sent me dirty text messages from his phone and corporate doesn't care.
I have in the past bought several things from Valparaiso, IN and had no issues in paying for it within - 120 day. Without spending a bundle. However, this last time was different. The day I was given too pay it off they jacked the price up over $350 more then stated. I told them too pick up merchandize they dragged there feet.I would suggest stay away from that outlet and go too another if needed.
The staff is very nice and they work with you
They deliver, but they are not allowed to bring inside.
