From the first time I walked in the front door, the office staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, from answering questions about insurance to making sure I understand my treatment plan. Dr. Wong not only uses the latest procedures, but she really emphasizes patient education. The dental assistants and hygienists also take great care of me, making me feel comfortable and explaining everything as they go. You will be in good hands with Heritage Lake Dental!

I am Super Happy!! I have always had problems with pain before. Im 52 and this is the 1st time I have been to the dentist pain free. I had a root canal on my lower right. The staff was super friendly and very laid-back and made me feel at home.:):):)
Excellent care!! The entire staff is up to par with Covid !! Everyone is masking and I felt very safe and comfortable in the office. Dr. Wong and her staff a true professionals!
I went to this dental office for all of last year after being sent to them by the military for a root canal. That root canal procedure turned into hundreds of dollars worth of work and two bad crowns. I recently was seen at a different dental office and was told I would need to replace the crowns. One has a gab in between the crown and gum line so food gets stuck, the dentist at Heritage Lake Dental told me the gap was normal but clearly it is negatively impacting the health of the molar and the gums surrounding the crown. The other crown is extremely bulky which causes constant inflammation of the gum that surrounds the crown and it’s nearly impossible to get floss in between the bulky crown and the molar in front of it without having to force the floss down and hoping I don’t hurt my gums in the process. I am extremely unhappy and upset that I have to pay for these crowns once again so that my mouth will feel normal again. I would not recommend this dental office.
