Pioneer Pest Management

I used the Vancouver Washington place.

Pioneer pest was very courteous & knowledgeable when I called. Was put on a waiting list for earlier appt which worked out great. That is a nice service as pest control is a busy business apparently. The technician, Keith, was also very knowledgeable and very Thorough, Courteous & kind. The company was easy to contact and kept in good contact with me during the experience. We caught one non native critter and they responded quickly so that experience wasn’t terribly traumatic for us and was as humane as possible for the critter. We are not done yet with our experience together, but so far Pioneer has been great. I will use them in the future and will recommend them as long as we end as well as we started.

Used their service in originally in 2018 to rid of us spiders and it worked. Recently did it again and were told we had a wait 2-3 weeks for the spray to be effective, and then after about 7 weeks the spiders are back. Just called and learned that the *warranty* is only for 45 days from the day of service.nnDisappointed that both the service didn't last, but more disappointed that the window to access the warranty is only effectively 3 weeks. Didn't feel that is a legitimate guarantee / assurance at all.nn[EDIT as of 11/12, the company has responded and generously offered to resolve this. It's very much appreciated, they were very proactive and quick. I will taking down this review this weekend.]

We’ve used Pioneer Pests for a couple of years now for quarterly treatments for spiders, and they’ve been great. Yesterday, we woke up to discover a rat in our living room. We panicked, but got it trapped and immediately called Pioneer Pests and they were able to get someone out there within a couple of hours. We have never been so happy to see Grady. He calmly removed the rat, and checked the house for any potential entry points or activity. He was so professional and made us feel so much better. Thank you to Grady and the team for consistently good service!

Fast, efficient, on time and very knowledgeable. Great attitude and very respectful as my problem has been very emotionally stressful and draining for me. Jessie made sure to help make me feel better and more positive about the situation. Keep him around. He’s a great guy!
