Best service I’ve ever had. Autumn was very knowledgeable and did very detailed work. I own my own business and I have been around a lot of so called “bug be gone” companies, this company stood out above the rest in my opinion and Autumn had very good people skills. She made me feel very comfortable like we were in good hands. I wish I could find an employee like her. My business would double in three months. Good job point and great job Autumn.

Calvin was very professional and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He helped us understand the problem and how the fix would work. He was also very nice and worked hard to get the job done. Thank you for the great response. Zach was also very nice and set the appointment up over the phone and is also extremely knowledgeable about the product and it's application. He also helped me sign the document on the computer as I was having trouble with that. He was very cheerful and polite. I enjoyed talking to both service technician's.

Mike arrived at the scheduled time for my initial treatment and introduced himself. He was very cordial and efficient. He had me reaffirm the service agreement and went right to work. He proceeded.to clean all around the front porch eaves and around doorway and light fixtures. He also inspected and cleaned around windows and other doors all around the house perimeter. He then sprayed chemical around the house about 1-2 feet high and out. At the conclusion of Mike's visit he showed me pictures of areas that I should be aware of for needed trimming. I was very pleased that there will be a follow up visit in one month.

Christian answered all of my questions and assured that me that the products are safe and effective. He is very good at what he does and I noticed the craftsmanship he puts into every detail. These guys don’t cut corners, they want you to be completely satisfied with their service. He was nice and friendly on top of that. I highly recommend letting Christian treat your home, but I am sure all the employees at Pointe perform nothing short of excellent, quality work. Thank you!

We hired Pointe Pest Control during the summer after battling ants for years. Every person they've sent by has been very professional and thorough. Today Curtis came by and was honestly such an amazing representation of the company. He asked questions and listened intently before treating. When he was finished he offered a couple of bate packs for the inside where we've seen just a couple ants, to use if it were to get worse. I've really only seen a handful, when before starting with Pointe Pest Control we would have trails. My husband and I have truly been impressed with the company and the people they send out.
