I love their chairs, and the leg massage/oils/lotion you get with a pedicure.nMy mom and sister and I go for a special treat and even though there are options closer, we will continue to drive a little further to come here.
I walked in to have my nails fixed after getting them done at another salon. I was helped immediately. There was good communication about what I wanted and I was very happy with the outcome.
Worst Pedicure I have ever had. My friend and I went and her pedi started 10 minutes before mine and mine ended 10 minutes before hers did. It was rushed, barely used salt scrub, painted my toes before doing lotion massage, did one coat of polish. Just Horrible not to mention she kept getting up and leaving mid massage or polish. She was the owner too. I offered to pay half since it was a half a** job. She still charged me full price when I expressed that was the worst pedi EVER. I won’t be returning.
If you’re looking to be insulted and get the worst nail design ever then go here. They are rough when working on you and completely insulting. No point in scheduling an appointment because they don’t honor it AT ALL! Very rude and hard breaths while working on your nails. Overall horrible experience I have never in my life had that kind of customer service and then on top of that had a nail tech argue with me about what I asked for when I had exact pictures of what I wanted and proved what I asked for. So unprofessional I do not recommend this place at all. Oh and the kicker they still charged me and refused to fix it.
I have tried some other Nail places.And Pro nails Kendaville is the best place to have all of you nail needs taken care of. Very exalent.
