I had my boat go in for a new starter. It was later found that the flywheel was bad and that the engine needed to be pulled from the boat to repair it. They later showed me that my engine block had a bit of rusted water it. They corrected the issue, replaced the flywheel, replaced the starter, and tuned the boat to perfection! Jim and John were amazing to work with. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. John even sent me videos of the progress being made from time to time. Every employee was very kind.Very honest people that perform excellent work! My boat ran and drove amazing last summer! The service is A-1! Great family owned business! I highly recommend Shriner Marine for all of your boat service or needs!
One of the most honest, straightforward businesses I have ever worked with. John was extremely patient and helpful as we considered what boat would be perfect for our family, and there was absolutely zero pressure at any step in the process. I had a ton of questions, and John took the time to answer every one. Once we took delivery of our new boat, John spent time with me on the water to make sure I knew how to use all of the features, answer any final questions, and make sure we were ready to enjoy our new boat to it’s fullest. Prior to our current purchase, he has always provided us with outstanding service for our previous boat, with fair pricing and excellent work. I cannot day enough positive things about our experiences; our family will be loyal customers for life!
John and Jim are 2 of the most honest salesmen I have ever met. I would recommend them to anyone interested in anything marine! If you are in the market for a boat, they will happily sell you one and only the things you need. First place I have ever been where they didn't try to sell me every option under the sun!!!
