The staff was friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the housekeeping staff very much. Easy to locate the hotel. Plenty of food options near.
Staff very friendly. Room clean and the bathroom are bigger than normal.nDidn't care for the trains all night long.
Place has bed bugs don't stay here woke up with bites all over me wanted to stay longer but we checked out early!! And nothing was done to make it right even after we told management!!!and I have photos of the room that shows it hasn't been cleaned correctly or my son wouldn't have found a hunting arrow under the pullout couch!!
Staff was very friendly...the only reason it almost got another star. Pet fee, thin walls and bed bugs! We scheduled for 4 nights but only made it to 3.nnFirst, $20/nt for a pet is way too much, especially with no daily cleaning. Second, hotel was low capacity for end October, yet we had a pair of rabbits in a room next to us one night, then large family with a domestic dispute issue the next night. I.e very thin walls.nnLastly and worst, bed bugs. Previous reviews had them as well so obviously something still needs attention. My wife woke up on our second night with a few welts, and on night 3 with about 20 welts on face and body, and had to sleep on the couch. I fortunately did not have a reaction but was surely munched on as well during the night. We killed about 5 in the morning, my wife took photos of her welts and pillow blood smears as proof.nnWe told the front desk as we vacated early to stay with my mother instead which we did not want to do with the pandemic. Sadly this is still probably the best place to stay in K-Ville, just do a thorough bed check at night while your neighbors also ‘get settled.’
