Didn't get to stay because they are closed. Booked through choice hotel. They charged my card. Did not get a refund and they just charged my card again.

The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A+ for them! However, we got this hotel because it had a heated pool and hot tub. Hot tub was not open. When we went down to swim, the pool was down. The desk called when the pool was fixed so we went back a few hours later. The room was cool and the pool water was freezing cold. I couldn't get in, but my son went in and loved it. Taking a shower in our room was interesting as well. The water took forever to warm up and the pipes whistled so loud my son didn't want to shower because the shrillness hurt his ears. Some of the furniture in the room was very worn. I liked that there was free breakfast included, it kind of made up for the rest of it! They had cheese omletes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereals, toast, bagels, and muffins. Also yogurt, orange juice, apple juice and coffee and tea. Nice variety!

Stopped here for the night before heading down south. The service was not great. Could not get a room on first floor which I need because of heart and spine condition. They had an elevator but it mad very bad noises. Once we go to the room I noticed the room was not really cleaned. Stains every ware on the carpet and one of the bed spreads. A few of the lights did not work. The ice machine did not work. They also charge 2.00 for a bottle of water. Headboards on the beds are all torn up. I will not be staying here ever again. Only reason we did is it was the first hotel we came to and we where tired from driving.
