I absolutely love our local post office. They are always friendly and have been quick to take care of any issues I’ve ever had. It’s hard work to keep track of all the mail and packages these days and they do a great job!!

Was in my local post office (kendallville indiana) because I hadn’t received mail that was supposedly delivered twice over the span of a month but I never received it. Man behind the counter who was very arrogant, and his shirt was 3 sizes too small (he thought he was real hot stuff) was more worried about answering his phone while I was in the middle of trying to talk to him. Not impressed at all with the service I received or the employees. Will not be using any extra services they offer. But can I at least get my mail?? I mean that is your job right.

They are super friendly and helpful! I even had a delivery of live chicks delivered here and they were cool with it.

Postal employees are always courteous, friendly, and helpful.

I asked the lady who apparently is the manager or whatever twice about why I was getting no mail and today I call. A guy named Nick tells me that the box for my house is on the back street, and that's wherey mail goes. And it's all water damaged and running. I can barely read my bills.
