I just needed help getting the SIM card out of my daughter’s IPad and putting my iPad SIM card in her iPad. I also needed help resetting her iPad to factory setting and activating her iPad for my use. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of the guy who helped me at the Kendallville, IN Verizon store but he was wonderful!!! Very helpful and efficient!!
Ally is the best for customer service. She Is patient, explains things very well, and has a very positive attitude.
