I bought a switch and 2 extra controllers 9 months ago and bought the extra replacement warranty on everything. Yesterday on of the controllers stopped working so I went into the store tonight to ask about getting it replaced the lady was very rude and didn't even want to look up my purchase on the computer then proceeded to tell me if I wanted the controller replacement I would have to return the whole gaming system.... mind you a bought 2 different warranty one for the system and one for the controllers. She said polices have changed and the warranty works different now..how can you change the way a warranty works after someone buys the warranty?? It 100% came down to she didn't want to deal with me and my warranty issues just lazy!
It was good couldn't trade in games but overall it was good
Amber (store manager) is amazing at her job. She keeps it organized and is knowledgeable about products!
