Was a loyal customer for years late on one payment they locked my phone payed my bill they gave me a code and it didn't work and said well there is nothing we can do
They are never on time. They were suppose to pick up a fridge from us tonight they didnt even knock on the door. Or even try to call us to see if we were here they have no issue calling any other time. And I tries to call them and the phone picks up but no one answers me when I say something very very upset. Will tell everyone I know not to go through them.
The manager Steve is rude and unfriendly, talks down to women. Jonathan and Andy are great.
This is a very bad place to rent from
Bad customer service ever since the new manager came and all he did was screw up everybody’s account won’t turn nothing into benefits plus like he supposed to stay away from Kendallville store go anywhere but Kendallville bad customer service
