Very friendly staff but had an appointment for several weeks. Called a week ahead and said the Doctor will be at another location that day and I would have to reschedule. This would be a couple more months out. Inappropriate to schedule patient when you don’t have a doctor. Will not be going back.

I'm weird about eyes, I don't like to touch them or have the air puff thing done. I dread going to the eye doctor, but Dr Bob and the staff at Rx Kendallville are amazing. Best experience I've ever had at the eye doctor!

They have a pleasant staff here. Always willing to answer questions and explain in detail if you didn't understand what they were telling you.

Very friendly environment. Not to mention that they don't keep you waiting like other places I have gone to. I'm glad I chose to go to RX Optical. :)
