I was treated very very badly by Dr Gary Brazel on Monday 12/16/19. I was in so much pain cuz of sinuses and migraine . I was crying softly and he said did I think I had worse pain then him. He said very loudly he had surgery for a bad disc in his back and it hurt a heck of a lot worse then what I’m feeling today. He told me very loudly over and over to LOOK UP and listen to him. Of course I can with this migraine. I told him I’m listening but my head is staying down that I have been a mother’s for over 40 years I know how to listen. His whole attitude changed he said’ I didn’t know you were a mother‘. What does that have to do how he treats me? I told the nurse how I was treated. She apologized over and over for him. The nurses were awesome the doctor not! I will never ever go to this clinic again in fear he will be there. I did customer service over 25 years I never once treated a customer how he treated me that day. Not acceptable!!!!!! Very disappointed. And to think I paid his salary that day. Very sad!!!!!!!nCarol Evertts
