This is the only place I go for my hair cuts, all customers are treated with Great Respect. Love that they show an Interest in every Customer. Great group of Ladies working at the shop in Kendallville, IN.
Always good service here...
They are always too busy for me to do a walk in and whenever I call they tell me they're not taking appointment that I have to walk in. I took a chance because I was desperate, because of the virus, but the last time I went to a great clips I walked out with a terrible haircut. Trust me you know you have a terrible haircut when people avoid you.

I was at great clips this morning with my husband we both got haircuts and they were perfect both girls were named Ashley and both were amazing. But both girls were obviously warn down and sick, the girl who was doing my hair looked like she was going to throw up every time she would open her mouth to talk...very poor management in my opinion. Employees are too scared to call into work due to fear of losing their jobs. If you run a business abusing your employees isn’t the way to go.
