Came in at 6:45p.m. asked for a cut. The lady said NO, WE CLOSE AT 7P.M... and I already mopped. Asked for a eye wax. NO, WE TURNED OFF THE WARMER.nnYou close at SEVEN not 6:45p.m. very disappointednnNot professional at all.
Nicole has cut my hair flawlessly.
Made an appointment during covid pandemic. Was not called about my appointment being cancled. Page was made unavailable and now my haircut is postponed yet again
I went in to see if I could get a haircut normally when they have people standing around they'll just put you in a spot and go ahead and cut your hair the girl that waited on me was kind of rude I said they were only doing appointments so she didn't even let me make an appointment she's told me I'd have to come back some other time this is not the way to do business I've never been treated this way in this facility I've always had great service by Chris and now that he is no longer there I don't know for sure who's cutting my hair but the way it looks it won't be this place I've been a good customer for the last year and I treat my stylist right but I guess it's their loss I was not very pleased
Absolutely awful. If only I could share a picture. My hair is about 8 different lengths, with a few spots about an inch longer than others. I have came here several times with never an issue. From color to waxes, I have never experienced a poor job. I asked for a shampoo, she said “you’re fine, your hair don’t look bad”, lol.... ok?! I just got off work and knew my hair was a frizzy mess. She continued to cut it anyways. I blame myself because I should have just walked away at this moment. When she was done she swings my hair in front and says “well that’s a half an inch”. It was CLEARLY not a half an inch, more like an inch and a half... not a super big deal if it was ALL an inch and a half shorter. I would have asked her to fix it, but it was obviously really bad and she didn’t seem to care to much, so asking for her to fix it would have likely resulted in me crying.
