Very good people and respectful no bs .
The ladies are always amazing from day one! You are missing out if you get insurance any where else!!
So the plusses are that the staff is always polite and very pleasant. Sometimes you will have random amounts of money come out and random times. Never had a problem with a claim but have had to chase down claim department staff (not the local office) as opposed to them calling me.
I recently moved my policy to State Farm with Chad and his team. I could not be happier! I pay less, have better coverage and a lower deductible. This team is always eager to help, but not pushy and has my best interest at heart. I've saved so much and they just make it easy.
Great people, great ins so far!
