I walk in to make sure they still take trade ins. Girl says yes. I walk back out to grab my items, two full hands, only when I walk in she informs me they won't take a 90% of the things I have. Last experience with this location, they didn't have what I was looking for. Prior to that my experience with this location has been forgettable at best. I'd rather take the trip to Lafayette and visit any three of those locations than this one
I really like going to GameStop but since the virus hit they are out of alot of stuff like ps4 controls. They are hard to find now days.

This store will look for any and all ways to rip you off, not in their trade in policy that they are known for, but this store has lied to me multiple times about purchases, and has sold me faulty product that I was unable to return, if you are looking for a place to get your gaming systems and such, go elsewhere.nyou might get lucky a few times with good product but they are juat waiting for the opportunity to screw you over.
