These girls are so friendly and they always make me enjoy getting insured through them. I recommend anyone interested in trying State Farm out. At least in Peru I don't know about others but this one is great!!!

Five star insurance agents! This office makes State Farm seem more like a small independent business than the huge company it really is. You get all of the benefits of working with a large nationwide company, but with the personal attention of a small local business.nnChristy, Dawn and the rest of the staff are so helpful and friendly, you won't find better agents! It's so nice, no matter what I need, I can call or email and I always get a response quickly!nnI've worked with two other local insurance companies, and also Safe Auto. This office is the only company that has agents who devote the time to develop a personal relationship with you, and they go out of their way to help with anything needed. You have a lot of options to get in touch and stay on top of your policies and any claims, you can always call, or send an email, fax or use the State Farm app. The app is actually very good, I recommend it.nnI mainly work with Dawn Wilkinson. I love being able to talk to the same agent every time I need something, someone who already knows me, my family and my policy well. I can email Dawn with any issue, and always get a helpful response very soon.nnThe agents here also know all of their products very well. If they don't know the answer to something immediately, they actually tell you that and research for the correct information for you. It's surprising how rare that is now in customer service.nnWe've had two recent claims, and they were both resolved quickly and painlessly! Almost every other insurance company I've had to file a claim with was a nightmare. It's a huge relief when something happens to your insured property and the repair process or payment process is quick and easy. Property damage is stressful enough. It makes it even worse when you have to do a lot of work or wait a long time for the claim to close and get a check. State Farm's process is automatic, fast, efficient and in both our experiences, very fair.nnI can't stress enough how great it is not to have to fight an insurance company for a fair payout. It's actually amazing to me how brazenly some insurance companies will try to flout state law and refuse to pay out what they are legally required to. I realize a lot of people don't know their rights, either, but that doesn't make it ok for a company to take advantage of you for that, and to not pay you what you're entitled to.
