Even at the service Dept the employee were very professional and treated me with respect. They go out of there way to give you advise on any part you buy. They Even advise on installation even if your doing the work yourself. Even the financial Dept was professional.nSo I would have to give 5 stars to all the Dept

I Bought a side by side from them last year. Everything has been Ok with it. That is why I give them 3 stars. The salesteam was 5 Star. The service department however brings them down. In the past I knowlingly know it takes time to schedule. So I called in September to get a snowplow added to my UTV. They scheduled me for today. I drove over an hour for them to have no recall of my appointment. Not a bid deal I was just going to drop off. After lookingfurther theydo not have the parts that they told me they had when I scheduled. Now they are telling me some of the parts will be back ordered until No. 27th. Just wasted 4 hours of my day. I wish I got to charge them the $100 an hour they charge us.
