Paul-Richard GM Center

Well, we were ready to buy our first car and after several references from family that have been going through Paul Richards for 20 years and have a family member that has worked there who recently retired from 35+ years we chose to find something that was good for us through Paul Richards. We found a beautiful 2012 equinox. Perfect! Got the car fax and had our mechanic look it over before our purchase,2we were sure of longevity with this vehicle. Mind you, nothing was wrong with this vehicle at the time. Absolutely no leaks!!! 2 months after purchasing it our water pump went out. We got it replaced and had our oil changed also. After getting it back 3 weeks after I noticed the vehicle was a quart and a half low on oil. I started investigating and found oil leaking from our drain plug and the side case of the engine where the pump was replaced along with coolant in our oil. We took it back and they replaced the water pump gasket but not the case gasket they distributed during the water pump replacement. They would not back the replacement because it was a “big job” and now I’m stuck pulling from my pockets to try and save my important investment that our family desperately needs and my loan for years to come. I’m writing this to warn everybody to be careful who you go through to get a vehicle. There is no dealership that has your best interest in mind! Be careful purchasing from Paul Richards of Peru in!!!! They didn’t not back there word and what they advertise.

The sales guy Mason Ingram was very helpful on finding a vehicle. He described the truck to us in great detail and explained everything in terms we could understand. He always had a smile on his face and was very nice and had great enthusiasm. I would highly recommend people to come down to Paul Richard's and talk to Mason Ingram about a new or used vehicle.

I came into Paul Richard's today to look at a new truck and I was greeted by Mason Ingram and he talked to me about the truck I was looking at. He was very informative & detailed about the truck. He let me also take it on a test drive & he informed me more info about the truck.nThis was a very great experience and I would recommend anyone to come down to Paul Richard's to talk to Mason Ingram about a new or used vehicle

Gave me a decent price on a used car. I initially had an issue but once I got ahold of them they resolved it fairly. After evening is go back.
