I needed help and one of the guys came out and helped me.
I would not do business with this company. They are very unreasonable and will have you pay when convenient for them. I started a new job and wouldn't be paid in time for my weekly payment and they would not work with me at all! They told me to find a way to get the money!
This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have had to call into their office numerous times to talk to my representative...nobody will call me back. I called on Friday to get a payoff amount on my account, spoke with someone who gave me a 10 day payoff amount.. Went into another dealership to purchase a new vehicle, tried to verify the payoff amount and was told they only do 30-day payoffs.nnI called today to speak with my representative and was told her computer was down and she would call me back shortly after it was restarted. I had to call 2 hours later and was told by a Kelly that she is unable to forward calls between 10:30-11:30. I stated that I had already called in right when they opened and I haven't received a call back. She put me on hold, without stating she was going to do so, then got back on the line and stated my rep was not even in the office today and Brandy would be handling my account today. She stated that Brandy would call me as soon as she could & I stated I wanted a phone call today. I am not very happy with the service that I have received.
