Peru Ford is very good at hiding negative reviews and comments on both Google and Facebook, so I won't spend too much time. Because of this SEO wizardy, Peru Ford's true rating would be much different. This review is for others to know what I experienced, I already know from my interactions with Ford and the dealership, they won't be doing right by me.nnPeru Ford service department performed an oil change and Chad allowed my damaged vehicle to leave the bay without so much as a word to me. This obviously is a safety issue that was ignored and they didn't have the courtesy to tell me about after performing service on my Ford Focus at a Ford dealership. This safety issue obviously was a liability as well as it led to the damages underneath my car that still need repaired by Peru Ford.nnAlso, two months ago, when my car was first brought in, it sat for two weeks, with me calling and checking before they brought it in and told me what was wrong with it. That's completely unacceptable and Ford knows this. Peru Ford and Michael will not work with me in a fair way in my opinion and so my vehicle still sits there.nnI've since had the displeasure of dealing with Christina (customer specialist/receptionist), Andrew (sales?), and Michael the owner. Andrew told me a week ago he would call back the next day and see what kind of deal we could work out. He never called back. Christina, in writing that I have screenshotted, said Peru Ford would waive the 250 diagnostic fee, as they should, but a week later, Michael called me to say that he would not be waiving the fee because Christina was just a receptionist, not a customer specialist as she had said and she does what he tells her. Neat.nnAt the end of the day, I don't like dealing with dealerships and never would have even bought the car from Bob Scwartz Ford in the first place. Bob Schwartz Ford was terrible and Peru Ford continues that tradition in service and how they interact with customers, especially at the ownership level. They don't care once they have your money about taking care of a car that shares a name with the name of the dealership...Ford. Don Fuller sold me the car originally and hasn't reached out to me once through all of this.nnHighly dissatisfied and would not recommend Peru Ford in any capacity.
