RV Dynasty is amazing!! We purchased a fifth wheel last May of 2019. Recently, our roof air conditioner stopped working. The Service Department was quick to respond. Then our main air conditioning malfunctioned as well due to a pinched wire. They were very accommodating and professional. From Eric, (service manager), Jenna, Rick and Jesse--. I especially want to recognize Jesse for going above and beyond and caring about the detail of our camper. He is crazy good!!. We are so happy we went with this dependable and reputable company. We picked up our first ever RV today and Callie Perkins along with Myron Miller went step by step showing us exactly how everything works in our Micro Minnie. They are so knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable leaving. They went out of their way to make sure we understood. We won’t hesitate to call if we have questions. Thanks Callie & Myron!!! Great to work with! made my purchase super easy. On pick up day the Customer Service went above and beyond. had and issue with a lock on the RV. was fixed in no time. Took my hitch off and sanded it down from a little rust repainted it.

We had a wonderful experience buying our RV and especially since we are new to purchasing our first RV. We were approved in less than a day. They were very patient waiting on us to sign our paperwork and drive down from Michigan to pick it up. Callie gave us an orientation to our camper and all its features. She was very patient for us “NEWBIES” and all our questions. It helped that we watched lots of YouTube videos before picking up the RV. It helped to familiarize us with some of the equipment and knowing what questions we needed to ask. We are looking forward to our first camping trip next weekend. I highly recommended this dealer and YOU CANNOT BEAT THEIR PRICING, NOR THEIR SERVICE!nnDo not be fooled that a smaller location over a huge, nationwide commercial dealer because they are far superior on pricing and customer service. From Rachel and Spencer in sales, to Brock in Finance (who stayed after hours one night for us to sign paperwork) and Callie (very patient) and Mike in service!nnNo matter if you are buying a smaller RV to a larger RV, the price does not matter. You will receive great customer service. They have a customer for life!

Outstanding job by the staff at RV Dynasty! Bought a new Winnebago Minnie and got a great deal and even better service. Tara Was excellent in her orientation presentation! Can’t say enough about the overall buying experience at RV Dynasty. Highly recommend you go there first before anywhere else!
