Employees are kind and patient. My number was called very quickly and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Also, for those worried about COVID-19 the lobby chairs are socially distanced and the staff disinfects each chair after use.

Very pleasant workers, lines move faster now.

Horrible customer service! Making someone put down more money then written on title. Sold a car.... they went here and the rep went and got a manager they both agreed that the amount I wrote on title and the person telling them the price was wrong and put down several hundred more than vehicle was sold for. This has gotta be illegal!
