5 star experience!!!!nnI was in the market for a new fishing kayak and had my heart set on an old town. Let me start out by saying this is THE place to buy old town canoes or kayaks!!! I bought my boat WELL under retail price.... cheapest deal anywhere, even online. Steve is a top notch salesman. He took the time to explain all of the features of the boats and answer all of my questions. I never felt pressured at all. Culver Portside Marina just earned all of my canoe and kayak business. I can't wait to go back when I buy my next boat. Thanks again Steve! 5 stars all way!

They fixed our boat quickly, but when we went in not a single employee was wearing a mask. During a pandemic, I would expect better from Portside. This is in violation Governor Holcomb’s mask requirement. Exemptions apply to anyone who is eating, drinking, participating in strenuous physical activity or has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask. This does not apply to Portside. I hope their employees start wearing masks and taking the health of their customers and employees seriously.

I could have not asked for a better buying experience from Sean. Working with him on the sale of my 2020 SX-R was seemless. I had it shipped to New York and it was here the same day because the service department had everything ready, on the trailer, strapped down so all the driver had to do was put it on the hitch and leave. All I can say is WOW! We purchased our new Jet Ski from Culver's Portside Marina just before the 4th of July this year. Our salesman Shawn, not only went above and beyond to help us get what we were looking for, but he went way out of his way to make sure that our wedding anniversary was nothing short of amazing! In the midst of all this COVID 19 doom and gloom, Shawn and Culver's really hit it out of the ball park for us, and as a result have made us customer's for life. Not only is their facility first class, but so is their sales and financing team. Just not enough good things that I can say about the entire experience. Thank you Shawn (you ROCK!) and Culver's Portside Marina for a truly great 30th anniversary!

Hard too write a bad review-most of the time I have no problem at Portside.However over 6 weeks ago Steve bought my boat with a verbal agreement and stated a check would be sent to me.Nothing has arrived and after contacting Steve from sales still no check.Have had my boat for 6 weeks.Also emailed the owner with no response. Thank you Steve and Portside marina.It was explained some paperwork was misplaced.My check has arrived today.
