It is easy to rate this a five star business! The owners were friendly, efficient and organized. The rates are great and the storage units are clean with easy access. The entrance to the facility is secure with a gate and plenty of lighting. I would highly recommend this business for your storage needs!
I would give them 7 stars if I could, Diane(owner)is always prompt, readily available, and MORE THAN FAIR! She is actually more like family: understanding, empathetic, and always will have a smile for you. The prices are the lowest anywhere around, while the facility is consistently updating and modernizing! Although a bit out of the way for some, it's well worth it!
I called at a last minute notice the lady was able to meet me in 15 minutes. Very friendly and family owned and well maintained and secure. Not to mention the rates are just a lil lower than most others I found. I would highly recommend!!!!!
If you need AFFORDABLE...and I mean AFFORDABLE storage units...you need to check out Big Red Storage in Plymouth! We recently moved all of our things from a Mishawaka storage unit that we were paying 3 1/2 times more than at Big Red Storage! The units are very clean and have tall ceilings for even more storage. Diane is the owner and very. very accommodative.
Clean, secure storage units with 24 hour access and fully gated. Owners are very helpful when trying to make accommodations. Highly recommend!
