If I could give negative or 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever. We were heading back to Fort Wayne after visiting a friend. We used this gas station a few times and never had issues. We paid using our card and it was processing but then said to see cashier and so we did. They told us their card things were down and took 30 minutes talking to their manager before they told my boyfriend to just use the ATM. So he did. Was charged $2.72 to use said ATM. So he paid with cash. As we were driving back to Fort Wayne, I checked out bank account and they charged our card. So we were charged twice. Went back 15 minutes out of our way for them to tell, because no one knows how to answer their phone at this gas station. So once we told them what happen they didn’t know what to tell us and to call our bank and dispute it. We did our best to remain calm. However I wonder how many other people the stole money from since they don’t even know what they are doing. Definitely won’t be bringing business back.
