Wow! What a wonderful buying experience. When I first entered the showroom, I could tell that I was going to be well taken care of. The environment was warm, friendly, and most welcoming. Everyone I interacted with made me feel special. I want to be sure to adequately express the exceptional service I received from my salesperson, Chandra Wiediner. Chandra is a wonderful person who is totally committed to providing above and beyond support to her customers. She was available to me 24/7. Additionally, Chandra kept me well informed on the progress being made to acquire the truck I wanted. Due to personal time constraints, I was not able to complete the paperwork that always takes time when purchasing a vehicle. Instead of having to return to the dealership the next day, Chandra said that she would come to my house later to complete the sale. This required her to travel several miles, on what should have been her time off, to complete all the required documents. In my opinion, Chandra went above and beyond the call of duty.
