I have never made a public post in my life. However, I am leaving TCU after becoming a member in 1983, and I feel people should know how much this bank has changed.nnThere are 2 incidents in the past month where money has been placed in another persons account by a teller, and I was accused of being “delinquent” on a vehicle payment when a TCU employee forgot to “click a button” on the account while setting up a pause in payments. I have been treated nothing like a “member.”nnAnd by the way, have you tried to simply call either branch in Plymouth lately? TCU doesn't pick up the phone! Either branch. You must leave a message, then, when it’s convenient for TCU, they call you back. Why don’t you answer the phone?nnAny way, I can understand the mistake by the teller. People make mistakes. I did, though, have to call the bank and question where the money went. This was 5-6 business days after the deposit was made. It would have never been caught.nnThe straw that broke my back was being called by their “collection” department over the truck payment being delinquent. I’ve never been delinquent- my payments are automatically deducted. It was the way I was treated that did it. Rude female on the other end - like really rude. I wasn’t going to listen to her. It was TCU’s fault my payment became delinquent. I thought “if this is the quality of person TCU hires, I want nothing to do with them.”nnI already paid off the truck and took my payment to Lake City bank. Why? They pick up the phone when you call.nnAnswer your phones - you aren’t THAT busy.

Teachers opened the doors so I went inside to avoid the line outside. Employee near the door was masked I put mine on, when I got inside I found 2 tellers open. The 2 closest together not 6'., and waiting on 2 customers without masks. In order to get waited on I would have had to violate distancing. I feel this is a very bad situation. Also the tellers and other employees were not masked, I don't mind no mask if you maintain distance.
