Great little store with very friendly employees. The manager John is very pleasant to talk to and is able to answer any questions that you might have. This is my go to store for anything gaming.
John and his team are some of the kindest people I've ever met! I've been going there since 2010. They treat my cousin and I like family as soon as we walk through the door. Always enjoy our conversations we have about video games and life in general. Definitely the best store I've been to! No other store will treat you with the same kindness as this one!
Employees are a little low on knowlege of their own store sales promotions.
I am very impressed with their customer service!! I had an issue with an online order. The employees made calls where they were on hold for a lengthy period of time, and sent emails and did everything in their power to get me a refund or find out what happened to my shipment. Everything was resolved because of them!! Great store with great employees!!
