We have been everywhere searching for a dishwasher. Within two minutes of being in the Plymouth Hometown store, both my husband and I noticed a huge difference in customer service and appliance knowledge from the owner. He was so helpful, answered all of our questions, and explained differences between machines so clearly. Even better, the price we paid for the same model was significantly less than the big box stores. We will check here first the next time we need to replace an appliance!

August 2019 I purchased a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher from Sears in Knox. I also purchased the extra protection plan for each appliance. The end of June 2020 the Kenmore refrigerator began having issues keeping a consistent temperature. On July 24, 2020 I called Sears to schedule a repair. The quickest appointment Sears was able to schedule me for was August 21, 2020 (almost one month from the date I called to schedule)!!! The repairman was supposed to call me when he was on his way to my house. He called when he was sitting in my driveway then threw a fit because he would have to wait on me since I had to leave work to meet him! He looked at my refrigerator and informed me it needed two major parts and he would order the parts to be shipped to my house. I was told it would take 14 days max for the parts to arrive. I scheduled another repair appointment for September 9, 2020. The parts never arrived so I began calling Sears twice a week asking where my parts were only to be told each time that the parts were on backorder! On September 30 when I called Sears to find out where my parts are I was informed the parts were no longer available and I would be contacted by someone from Sears within 72 hours about receiving a replacement refrigerator….its October 21 and I never heard from anyone from Sears!!! So now I have been on hold today for 1 ½ hours with Sears and never got to speak with a real person and had to hang up the phone!!! So, can someone please tell me how I am supposed to get my refrigerator fixed/replaced?!?!?! Its been 4 months!!

Needed a large capacity washer and gas dryer, in stock. They had them.

I was out shopping for a gas range when I decided to stop and see what Sears had to offer. The guy handling the store Wednesday (dont remember his name) was a great help! He explained the different finishes, the difference between conventional and nonconventional ovens, steam cleaning the oven, and more. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn't pushy about me making a purchase right then and there; I like that! They had a very good selection of ranges, gas and electric in various finishes. I will definitely be considering purchasing my range here when I'm ready.

Sandy was so helpful today! She was determined to find the dishwasher I found on Google at Sears. I left happy and satisfied with a dishwasher on order at the price I found. Everyone should go to Sears there products last. Thanks Sandy.
