When I was there last, the receptionist asked me if I wanted to make another appointment for 6 months down the road. I said yes. When I went back 6 months later, they had no record of my appointment. Seems they updated their system and I got dropped off the appointment book. I asked to speak to the manager. The Office Manager I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and said I could not be worked in even tho I had my appointment card from the receptionist. She told me that she didn't make the appointment and could not honor it. When I asked to speak to her boss, the office manager came back from speaking to her boss, she said she would get me in. After being seated in the chair...the office manager harassed the dental hygienist cleaning my teeth, telling and mouthing to her to hurry up. I will NOT be returning to that office again. I wouldn't even give them one star except that it won't let me post without one!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter was to have a cavity filled by Dr Christy.. we showed up for the appointment.. assistant took her back and upon completion my daughter was in tears and said she “didn’t like the man that did it”... I said what man? We always see Nicole christy.. I was then informed that a different doctor had filled the cavity and not the doctor she was scheduled with! When I requested to speak with the new dentist he had already left for lunch and was never introduced. She is a child, a procedure was done that was not done by the dentist I was informed would be doing the procedure and I was not told different until it was already done! I did not sign a consent stating this dentist could do anything on my child. The dentist did not introduce himself and I have yet to ever meet him! On top of this They charged us an ungodly amount of money because the doctors THEY put me with was not in our network and they wanted us to pay full price for their mistake. I had to get the BBB involved to get the bill straightened out. Now today I had an appointment to have a tooth they performed work on re-evaluated and was refused to be seen! When I asked to speak with the dentist Nicole Christy, she refused to see me or talk to me. How unprofessional! I will be getting an attorney due to the poor customer service from the doctor herself and for work done on my child that was not consented to have done with anyone but who the appointment was made with. They withheld information on who my child was seeing, a new dentist I had not met, and then tried to bill me more money because he was new and not in our network. As a parent I should be told who is going to perform procedures on my child should the dentist I’m under the assumption is doing it decides to call in sick and someone brand new that has never been there steps in. I am also contacting the American dental association for the poor professionalism from Nicole christy for not speaking directly to me or trying to resolve the situation but rather refusing to speak to me directly. I’m very disappointed in this immaturity and lack of patient care. I will fight this until a resolution or explanation is achieved. This is not how patient care should operate. Why refuse to talk to the patient if their is no fault or guilt of their own. The office knows they made a mistake and as the owner, Nicole Christy can not take responsibility and rectify this faulty care.

This place was rude unprofessional and dirty.
