Came from out of state to purchase a 2012 Ram 3500. Clean Texas fleet truck, seems to be a good part of their business. Gene and Cam were easy to work with, stayed after hours on a Saturday to meet me, and honored their price from previous conversations.
I was driving by and stopped by to look at an STI I saw. Instead of greeting me, the very first thing Cam said was “do you even know what this is?” as I was looking. Very sexist comment. He saw my Subiefest tshirt and then proceeded to talk about the car before I said anything. Not a good way to sell me a car.
Best service Ive gotten around for awhile. Called them they said they had the truck i was looking for went looked at it and bought it! Easy to talk to these people service was great! Couldn’t say anything bad about them. Thanks Carmasters!
Received a good deal on my vehicle however did not receive title within 30 days and after no response to repetitive phone calls I had to drive all the way back which was an hour drive just for them to tell me that they recently mailed it. Very poor quality of communication very slow service regarding paperwork
In response to Lyle Rorie we sent his title out to him a week after he purchased the vehicle. Mr. Rorie did not call and inform us that he never received it until a week before his paper plate expired. He was calling after office hours that is why we never answered his calls, but as soon as we were informed of the situation we called and got a new title to him as soon as we could. We even contacted the dealership dept down state and they told us that was all we could do and that we did everything correctly in this matter. I'm very sorry this happened to him and this is the first time we have ever had a title go missing in the mail.
