Went in for a cut and color. Came out with hair that was too short even though I told her. My hair is butchered on the right side. I told her all one length as is all choppy. The color was the same as when I went in. I went back again for my free color and my hair is now 4 different colors and looks nothing and i mean absolutely nothing like I asked. I paid 128 and would have been more but she forgot to charge me for a shadow root that i also didn’t ask for but she said it’s what i wanted according to the picture. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Mind you there is one nice person there but the skill is not there with this place. I wish I could post pictures with this so anyone reading this may see how horrid my hair is. I wanted to feel pretty and left feeling embarrassed to walk out to my car. ud83dude15 both times. I’m updating this about a 3 weeks later, I still hate my hair.

I showed her a picture I wanted done and walked out with Dark brown hair when the picture had more blonde the brown I don’t even see any blonde highlights.ud83dude42 I was charged for highlights and low lights and got neither. I was charged for a whole hair cut when I barley got any hair taken off I will NEVER go back.

The stylist did my hair just the way I wanted it. Only issue is they are pretty expensive. But I like what my stylist can do.

I went in today and asked for a shorter layered cut and I got no layers and she only trimmed it and it's uneven. When I tried to explain what I wanted she argued with me. I've never had any issues before this but now I have to pay someone else to fix this and I have to wait to do that as I had to save just to get this done. Very unsatisfied and won't be recommending this place to anyone and I won't be back.nnToday is august 21st 2020.nI gave tgwm a second chance bc everyone deserves one. My hair dressers name is jana and i highly recommend her. She did exactly what i wanted and more. Very happy with today's experience.
