Was pleasantly surprised at how short my wait time was. The lady I spoke with was awesome!! Answered all of my questions and was very polite with me. I will have to say that this was one of my best trips to Anderson BMV Branch. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d

They are practicing social distancing. So they hand you a ticket when you arrive. Chairs are spread out. They are processing people very quickly and were very friendly. Fastest trip to the BMV ever. There was a line outside when I left, but inside things moved fast and smooth.

Failed a driving test for going 31 in a 30 and 37 in a 35 even though I wasn’t pointed on anything else. Thanks for a perfectly good day ruined Debbie. Maybe try not to be a Karen about a driving test in Anderson next timeud83dude43

It is sad when they make you call a number sit on hold for 2 yrs simply to get a fax number to send records to. You would think their goal is customer service rather than to get you out as fast as possible.. This could be avoided with a simple card as ive known multiple people that's had to deal with this.. The lady up front told me they dont have the fax number that i have to call and get it Which makes zero sense to not have the only way to send driving records to. Being that corporate is the only place that deals with it

Great ! My client passed his test and has appt. To drive next week. It was easy to find a parking space and we didn't have to wait long.
