Ryan was amazing!! He arrived and explained the paperwork with me and got right to work. He removed the hornets nest, cut the limbs down so they would not rebuild, treated the area and let me know when it was safe to go back outside once removed! Highly recommended!! Final cost even came in under quoted cost over the phone! Thank you Ryan!!

We saw a mouse in the house so we called to have them come treat the issue. Since we are renters we found out too late that we aren't allowed to access the attic or crawl space. The exterminator came out and placed two bait traps (five dollars a piece at your local supermarket) and left. We scheduled a check afterward but he never showed, we even got the text that he'd arrived. We cancelled the service after because it was absolutely not worth it. Overall, it cost $200. If it's not a big issue, save your money and do it yourself. 3 stars because customer service was so friendly and the exterminator was very kind and professional.

Talk about swift service!nI fully expected to leave a voicemail when I called on a Sunday, late afternoon/early evening.nnNot only did they answer, but the woman who took may call was incredibly sweet, and top notch in customer service. I wish I could remember her name, but she was wonderful.nThen, to top that off, she told me they had availability the next day.nnThe man who came over was very polite, friendly, and professional, and got the job done quickly. I needed a wasp nest to be taken care of that was way too close to the house and had gotten stung. He was very informative, took the time to explain to me what he did, the process, and what to expect within the next few days.nnAll around, from customer service, a quick response time, and excellent communication through text, email, and phone, I highly recommend.

So my first visit from this company was much to be desired... I gave a call to the manager and expressed my feelings and he told me to tell him when I wanted a tech to re visit my home that I am making the time of next appointment not the company, 5 stars there alone. Joe came out to my home for service and I was expecting the same service but I could have not been more wrong. He went above and beyond his duty’s making sure we were prepared and comfortable with our service. If the problem arises Orkin will be the only call I make!

I discovered a flea infestation upon return from a vacation and when I called, Orkin was able to give me a same day appointment. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time and efficiently did his work. I would highly recommend Orkin.
