I had an excellent experience with CameraLensRentals.com in Chesterfield. The service was amazing. I was able to rent a very nice lens that I would probably never be able to purchase outright to do a photo shoot with my wife and daughter yesterday. Even though the shop is closed right now Ilene was kind enough to allow me to pick up the lens from the store and arrange a drop off for me the next day! I can't say enough positive things about this business. I usually don't write reviews but I am so thrilled that I found out about these guys basically right next door to me. Anybody who is a professional photographer or a serious hobbyist or just wants to try a lens out before they make a large investment in new glass should check these guys out!

I have rented from Camera Lens Rentals a few times now and with each experience, I love them more and more! Their customer service is beyond extraordinary. I typically have my rentals sent to my workplace and when I put my home address this time they reached out to me to double-check if that was correct. Their attention to detail is impeccable! Can't rave about them enough. I will continue to use them for my rental needs!

I'm on my last day of my rental (hold your tears!) and I can certainly say that this experience renting a lens for the first time was seamless! This is perfect if you are like me and want to try a lens before you make the investment. I originally made a mistake when I initially ordered, but emailed the company and within 15 minutes someone called and helped me correct it! I received the lens the day I picked to receive it. The lens itself worked perfectly! The instructions are very clear on how the process works and how the lens is to be returned. I will definitely rent from this company again in the future!
