Gentle Dental Lloyd Center

This clinic separated my dental cleaning into three different appointments to make money and waste my time.nGental Dental is clearly trying to maximize profit by scheduling excessive and unnecessary appointments. On top of that the entire staff tries to sell overpriced mouth care products from their inventory.nThe staff is friendly and helpful, but I can't rate this business higher than a 1 because it's too apparent how they don't value the customers time and they only want your money.nPlease find a different dentist clinic to go to.

They didn’t have a good experience price was one over the phone when I was there in person face-to-face the price changed over the counter and then when I was done with my exams and my experience the price somehow even went up if you don’t have insurance stay away! Would never do business with gentle dental ever again! Just wondering how many insurance companies paid more than there was!

Yeah right anyone giving this place a good review is a bot. They will set you up with someone right out of dental school. The front desk knows how to get you in and the dental techs know how to make you never want to come back.

I work in health care and it has never been any organization's practice that I've worked for, to cancel your appointment because you didn't answer a call or text. I made this appointment over 5 months. I was just in the office on 7/24/19. Why wasn't I informed then. This shady practice reeks of discrimination against, low income earners and disabled people who don't have access to or are unable to answer the phone. They only seem to want to serve people that can afford the luxury of having a cell phone. If I scheduled an appointment, i expect to have an appointment. I don't mind if they had tried to reach me and when I arrived said the provider is out sick I can accept that. I left a message for the clinic manager to give me a call after 430 pm on 8/9/19. I'll let you know what happens.nUPDATE:nI received a call around 7 pm on 8/9/19. I spoke to management who saw I had just been in the office 2 weeks ago, have extensive appointments and have never missed an appointment. Stated I should have been confirmed 2 weeks prior when I was last in the office. I was able to express my concerns about the new policy and its risk for implementation. Manager shared my concerns and stated that they would work on improving the policy. I was happy enough that I rescheduled appointment for a later date. Considering I still undergoing other treatments and have other appointments from this office, it made sense to continue using this office. Will let you know if I have better or worse experiences in the future.

Dr Tony is a wonderful dentist. Our whole family goes to see him and loves him!
