The service is fantastic! Katie was very patient and extremely helpful! Ran into a problem with Apple, but she was able to navigate through and resolve the issue. I am so grateful for her friendly, efficient service and will definitely return to this location for any future purchases and service. Employees are friendly and very helpful
I was tired of having dropped calls and no signal so I switched from AT&T to Verizon. Brantly was very helpful and described everything about my new service in detail. He helped me pick the right plan and suggested the Google Pixel 2XL. I absolutely love this phone! It's very user friendly and takes amazing pictures! I would tell anyone who is looking for better cell service and great customer service to go to this store!!
I'm not experienced in technology at all, so going to someone who made me feel at ease was so important. Alexis was very knowledgeable, and kind. She was able to find that I was eligible for an upgrade, (my phone was 4years old). She guided me through the process, transferred everything from one device to the other, and the wait time wasn't bad at all. Thank you for such wonderful service!!!
I have avoided upgrading my line for a while to avoid the hassle of shopping for a phone dealing with the whole headache of it all. But Alexis Shively made it a complete breeze! She listened to what I needed and wanted and not only found the perfect phone for me but the perfect plan as well. She didn't try to force me into anything I didn't want or need. She is amazing at what she does and I would definitely recommend her and this Verizon location to anyone looking for a great deal and impeccable service!
