About a 2 hour turnaround time. Absolutely strict on appts so do not show up early. They have a large staging area. You could probably get away with parking during the day since it’s busy as hell but don’t count on it
Came 30 minutes before my appointment and was checked in with no problem. Done loading within 2 hours. Paperwork went quick. There was a guy picking up who missed his appointment and was asked to pay $45 missed appointment fee. Quite a few trucks and not a whole lot of room. Pretty good experience, but, again, I arrived before my appointment.
Was given a window by broker to be here Saturday between 6am and 1pm. Arrived at 846am was told of late fee. Beoke paid it immediately. I was then given a dock at 915am. Have been in dock since 920am and still have a green light. Haven't been touched neither has the driver to my right. Slow as hell on Saturday. My grandmother can work faster.
Check in process takes longer than loading. I got there at 11, checked in at 1320. Loaded and left at 1500. They need PO# and PU#, you need to have both. If you don't you will have to wait in line again. There are a lot of people waiting all the time. Also they charge late fee from 45 - 250$. So you'll have to call your broker to get check also or you can pay with cash. You have to do all of that to check in. They have axle scale on the way out in front of door 5.
The toilet is so close to the wall that you'll probably have an easier time pooping into the urinal.
