This is a great little park with a paved .60 mile walking path. It has a newer play area for young children that is fenced off from the big kids' play area. Makes it easy for parents with younger ones. :) There is also a basketball court, horse shoe area & pool. The park also hosts the Farmer's Market during the Summer months.
With the days of good weather numbered we thought it would be a good day to get out and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage! The boys love riding there bikes on the paved park roads and they also enjoy the children who are also there playing!
It's a good place to go swimming in the summer and to play out they keep it up good
Very clean and very nice building
The Alexandria Comunity band played a Forth of July concert and we practice outside under the big open building. Always clean, grass is always mowed and the restrooms are open, clean and they work.
