It was far better than I ever dreamed it would be.

I've not experienced this cold of a feeling at a license branch in several years. They have allowed covid 19, mask wearing and scheduling to get the best of them. Pendleton was much more pleasant and personable. Everything was so mechanical and impersonal so that it brought back memories of the old days. No smiles, rapid. Mechanical instructions, no responses from the CSR with small talk. Felt like I was a real inconvenience to them.

Very friendly staff. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. Only waited about 1 minute to be called up.
